Subsurface
Controls
- WASD - Move
- Click to "interact" with yellow objects and humans
- space to jump
- Your rage bar at the top will fill up with each kill
Subsurface is an action game, where you play as a monster uncovered by a questionable organisation. Will you manage your rage? Or will you fling out of control.
Note
While some of the music and art were created before the jam, it was only one music track, the sound effects, the playermodel and the shader, all other assets were created explicitly for the jam during the 48 hour time period.
Warnings
- Gore (Not really, but if you're squeamish about blood)
- Horrible tentacle monsters (I don't think it will set off your arachnophobia)

Music is nice and idea reminds me of SCP tales. Gameplay is alright, I didn't really know what to do other than keep going to the right. With more polish and depth, it could be a great game
Loved everything about the mechanics, especially at the end where it kind of turns into a horror idler with the auto-attack and auto-move. 10/10 soundtrack, hit the nail on the head with the underground lab/alien kind of vibe. Truly a fun experience.
Enjoyed the concept, Mainly the way that we can control the tentacle freely with the mouse. Is this guy slenderman by any chance?
Also found a little glitch, got stuck in some barrels in the midst of the rampage.
Good work overall.
